Chc Va Outpatient Internal Medicine Or Family Practice Physician

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician to provide high quality care to a largely geriatric population in our Honesdale VA Outpatient Clinic. Our clinic provides care to veterans associated with the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center. The Honesdale VA Clinic provides community based outpatient care through primary care services, women’s health, and multiple telehealth options. We operate using a team based approach to care commonly referred to as a Patent Aliant Care Team (PACT) comprised of the provider as well as a highly skilled medical and clinical staff devoted to meeting the needs of the whole patient. Continuity of care, coordination and consultation, diagnostic tests, appropriate prescribing and patient education are all integral aspects of the provider's scope of practice.

Job Requirements

Candidate must have M.D., D.O. and have completed residency.
Must be able to obtain license to practice medicine in Pennsylvania.
