Job Description
Role: Program manager/ Component Engineer
Location: Bellevue, WA - Onsite
:

Review Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s), Engineering Change Requests (ECR’s) and Deviations for correctness, consistency, quality and accuracy of configuration items being changed to ensure readiness for Change Control Boards (CCB’s)
Ensure that all ECO’s are captured accurately in the Arena PLM (Aras OnePDM) tool
Review existing dashboards that capture existing metrics and analyze current data and trends at work to ensure that dashboards can be modified/created as necessary for more accurate representation of metrics
Review and update Change Request Quality control checklist in consultation with all stakeholders

In addition with the recent change in scope due to reorg, the following activities fall under my scope as well:
Create Change Requests (ECOs/ECRs) for change requests that fall under PDMe team scope
Administer the Change Implementation Board (CIB) meetings on a rotational basis when fellow team members are out of office
Ensure that Change Management process gaps are identified and eliminated by process updates or establishing new processes (similar to point 1 of Philip’s email below)

Requirements (my view) – 5 years’ experience
Experience in Engineering Change Management, Configuration Management and other IT Service Management processes
Experience in PDM tools like ARAS OnePDM
Familiar with Cloud Computing / Data Center and/or Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical manufacturing processes
Self starter, detail oriented and passion for continuous improvement
Excellent Project / Program management skills
Excellent Organization, data collection and presentation skills
