The CFO, reporting to the CEO and the board, is responsible for ensuring that the company's financial operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and that they are financially sound.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Financial strategy and planning, which includes developing and implementing

financial strategies that support the company's overall business objectives;

• Financial reporting, which includes preparing and delivering financial reports to

stakeholders such as the Board of Directors, investors, and regulatory bodies;

• Budgeting and forecasting, which includes developing and monitoring the company's

budget and financial forecasts to ensure that they are aligned with the business

• Cash management, which includes managing the company's cash flow and ensuring

adequate liquidity to meet the company's financial obligations;

• Risk management, which includes identifying and managing financial risks
• Investor relations, which includes continuous communication with investors and
• Compliance by ensuring compliance with financial regulations;

• Leadership and team management through the establishment of financial goals and

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Financial Manager; experience working for a PLC company

structure will be advantageous;

• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
