Job Description
Performs therapy treatments under supervision of registered Occupational Therapist. Documents patient progress/information and follows treatment programs. Recommends treatment progression. Assist with discharge planning and home instruction. A.S. Degree, Graduate of AOTA approved COTA, IN License or eligible.
Location: Good Samaritan Hospital - INDIANA · Physical Therapy OP
Schedule: PRN Permanent, Day Shift, Days Varies 8am-4:30pm
