Contract temporary to permanent Certified Nursing Assistant opportunities with ARC Healthcare in Georgetown, OH!
In these roles CNA's will provide outstanding patient care and physical support daily to patients. As a member of the treatment team, you will assist patients in achieving recovery goals. • Bending, crouching, kneeling, squatting, handling (holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with the hand or hands), fingering (picking, pinching, fine manipulation), prolonged periods of standing
• Comfortable working with PPE
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required
• Comply with rapid onboarding, background check, paperwork, and fit testing protocols
• 1+ years clinical experience in a health care delivery system
• Reading, reasoning skills, problem-solving, oral communication, positive customer contact
• Maintains certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Ohio
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
