Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Up To $18 Per Hour

Anchor Care & Rehabilitation Center is a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Palm Bay, FL. We are looking for NEW GRADS and CNA's that are compassionate caregivers to help our residents live their lives to the fullest. Within our organization we believe that our residents don’t live in our workplace, we work in their home. What you bring to our team:

• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
• Current/active CPR certification preferred
• Active Florida CNA license
• New Graduates: Must take and pass the CNA license exam within 120 days of employment to remain an employee of Anchor Care & Rehabilitation Center
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change
• Problem solving skills
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills

As a CNA, you will provide care to our residents to include but not limited to:

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care, etc.) of residents
• Routinely turn and position residents as necessary
• Observe residents carefully and report changes in condition to Charge Nurse
• Participate in collecting accurate date on residents to include vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned
• Other duties as assigned
• Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics
