Orchid Cove at Kissimmee is a 59-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Kissimmee, FL. We are looking for compassionate caregivers to help our residents live their lives to the fullest. What you bring to our team:

• Current/active CPR certification preferred
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• New Graduates: Must take and pass the CNA license exam within 120 days of employment to remain an employee of Orhid Cove at Kissimmee
• Problem solving skills
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
• Active Florida CNA license

As a CNA, you will provide care to our residents to include but not limited to:

• Routinely turn and position residents as necessary
• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care, etc.) of residents
• Observe residents carefully and report changes in condition to Charge Nurse
• Participate in collecting accurate date on residents to include vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned
• Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics
• Other duties as assigned
