Need Shower Aide and FT Floor CNA Starting Rate: $11.00 - $13.00 / hr. based on experience Sign On Bonus: $1,500.00 for FT applicants Shift Diff: .50/hr. 2p-10p .75/hr. 10p-6a Ask us about or Level 1 and 2 educational programs. Summary: Provides services and care for residents in accordance with established policies and procedures with the goal of maintaining the highest quality outcomes for our residents Responsibilities:

• Answering call lights promptly to determine resident needs
• Promptly communicates any significant changes in behavior or condition to supervisor.
