Garden View Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 72-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Vero Beach, FL. We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team of caregivers. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

What you bring to our team:

• New Graduates: Must take and pass the CNA license exam within 120 days of employment to remain an employee of Orchid Cove at Vero Beach
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change
• Current/active CPR certification preferred
• Problem solving skills
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Active Florida CNA license
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality

As a CNA, you will provide care to our residents to include but not limited to:

• Participate in collecting accurate date on residents to include vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned
• Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics
• Observe residents carefully and report changes in condition to Charge Nurse
• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care, etc.) of residents
• Other duties as assigned
• Routinely turn and position residents as necessary
