Certified Caregiver Jobs

Via Elegante Assisted Living is currently seeking to hire experienced Certified Caregivers who are looking for opportunities to grow professionally in the healthcare field.

We currently have daytime and overnight shifts available with pay (including shift differentials) starting between $18.00-$20.00/hr with the opportunity to earn a $0.25 per hour raise every 3 months for the next year.

Years With Via Elegante: 0-1 years

• Hourly Wage Range: $18.00-$20.00/hr
• Annual Salary (4-day shift with guaranteed OT): $51,000-$57,000
• Annual Salary (3-day Shift): $35,000 - $39,000

Years With Via Elegante: 2-4 years

• Hourly Wage Range: $20.00-$21.00/hr
• Annual Salary (4-day shift with guaranteed OT): $57,000 - $60,000
• Annual Salary (3-day Shift): $39,000 - $41,000

Years With Via Elegante: 5+ years

• Hourly Wage Range: $22+/hr
• Annual Salary (3-day Shift): $43,000+
• Annual Salary (4-day shift with guaranteed OT): $63,000+

Via Elegante has four Southern Arizona communities. Openings are available at both our Sierra Vista Highlands and Sierra Vista Canyons communities.
