Via Elegante Assisted Living is currently seeking to hire experienced Certified Caregivers who are looking for opportunities to grow professionally in the healthcare field.

We currently have daytime and overnight shifts available with pay starting between $19.00-$21.00/hr with a $0.25 per hour raise every 3 months for the next year.

Years With Via Elegante: 0-1 years

• Hourly Wage Range: $19.00-$21.00/hr
• Annual Salary (3-day Shift): $37,000 - $41,000
• Annual Salary (4-day shift with guaranteed OT): $54,000-$60,000

Years With Via Elegante: 2-4 years

• Annual Salary (4-day shift with guaranteed OT): $60,000 - $66,000
• Annual Salary (3-day Shift): $41,000 - $45,000
• Hourly Wage Range: $21.00-$23.00/hr

Years With Via Elegante: 5+ years

• Annual Salary (4-day shift with guaranteed OT): $68,500+
• Annual Salary (3-day Shift): $47,000+
• Hourly Wage Range: $24+/hr
