Position Summary:

Responsible for timely and accurate scheduling, registration, authorization and insurance verification. So when the patient comes in for appointment the patient account will be setup with correct demographics and authorization for payment by insurance patient know amount owed and how many visits have been authorized.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and take appropriate action.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• At least on year of medical office or medical scheduling experience.
• Must have BLS within 60 days of hire.
