Job Description
Bobcat of the Rockies is a full service Bobcat Dealership. We specialize in new, used, and rental compact excavators, skid steer loaders, and track loaders. Bobcat of the Rockies - Golden seeking a Central Dispatch Coordinator to join our busy dealership. Successful candidates will be organized, have great customer service skills, and the ability to multitask. Apply today! $50,000-70,000 total compensation potential!#WeEquipPeople Responsibilities
  • Verify history of repairs on machine. (Duplicate work or parts warranty).
  • Conduct and document monthly safety meetings and maintain other compliance recordkeeping.
  • Schedule all service work and provide supervision of administration and warranty for Central Dispatch.
  • Provide a good written description of work for billing to manager.
  • Follow-up with customers on work performed in the field.
  • Train and lead all service administration for proper billing (48 hour invoicing after completion).
  • Schedule all service work and provide supervision of administration and warranty.
  • Understand the billing process.
  • Obtain pictures through software.
  • Take service requests as a service writer.
  • Assure that all necessary service administration policies and procedures are followed.
  • Collect extensive information from the Central Dispatch Manager on the service claim for processing. (Extra labor time filed, additional parts, serial numbers and additional invoices needed).
  • Act as a primary telephone contact in Central Dispatch.
  • Forward Connected Machine emails to customers and express urgency when needed.
  • Ability to climb on equipment to obtain documentation of serial number/hours on machinery.
  • Monitor all warranty to assure maximum reimbursement from the manufacturer.
  • Prepare the preliminary work for all mechanics including field mechanics for approval.
Qualifications
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Occasionally exposed to weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements
  • Occasionally lifting /carrying up to 10 pounds or pushing/pulling small objects
  • Occasionally exposed to weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise
  • Physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines which include a computer, printer, fax machine, copy machine, calculator, telephone, etc. on a regular basis
