Job Duties

• Safe transportation of goods to customers in a timely manner
• Participate in training programs
• Put trailer up to the dock doors
• Pick up and move trailer
• Download return trailers and process returns and damage
• Shuttle trailers between buildings one and two
• Attend Penske Truck Leasing quarterly safety meetings
• Keep a clean and orderly workplace including assigned tractor
• Proper disposition of COD checks and cash
• Work in the warehouse as needed and load or unload trailers
• Complete proper paperwork
• Approve electronic log once per day
• Complete safety training as assigned by Corporate
• Follow all written procedures, work instructions and Inspection plans
• Ensure proper paperwork is returned to the office from all customers
• Accurate and timely completion of trip sheets, pre-trip inspections, and Penske “Driver’s Vehicle Inspection Reports” and DOT logs.

HOURS:

6am to 6pm (3 days one week 4 days the next) must work every other weekend

BENEFITS:

Will start after 60 days and include Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long term disability, Life insurance, stock options and 401(k). You will also receive 40 hours of vacation after 90 days.
