Cdl Driver (Class A)

Job Role

McGill Restoration is now seeking a Class A CDL Driver for industrial restoration to join our rapidly growing team! If you have experience as a CDL Driver, now is the time to advance your career! This position does involve travel - you will be away from home up to 3 nights a week, but still plenty of time at home!

Responsibilities

• Transfer material from shop to job sites
• Complete daily truck log and submit reports daily
• Traffic control
• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle before and after each shift and report any problems or damage to management
• Serve as a brand ambassador in interactions with clients and the public
• Comply with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules
• Load and unload trucks
• Observe and report equipment and mechanical failures immediately

Qualifications

• Proven oral and written skills required
• No DWI or DUI in last 10 years
• High accuracy in work, attention to detail
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Complete all company training as required
• Demonstrated problem solving and people skills
• No serious tickets or accidents in the last 5 years
• Extensive standing, stooping, walking, handling and grasping with repetitive motions
• The ability to travel as needed
• Hold a valid Class A CDL driver s license in good standing
• Previous experience in commercial driving

Pay Range

• $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
