• Paid Training
• Solo Stops Pay: $12.00 per Stop with 1-5 stops per day
• Weekly Guarantee $1100 per week
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.44 per Mile with 2300 Miles per Week
• Ryder Drivers are Paid Weekly
• Start Time: Must be open to Bid System By Seniority
• Sign On Bonus: Pays You $1000 at 30 days and $1000 at 90 days of employment
• Retention Bonus: Pays You $2000 In 2 Installments in your First Year
• Drop and Hook Pay: $6.00 per Drop/Hook
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; Some Saturdays

• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• Pass a Ryder road test
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Minimum 21 years of age
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years

• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
