Cdl A Or B Otr Dry Van Team Drivers (3438)

Matrix Expedited Service, LLC is hiring CDL A or B OTR Dry Van Team Drivers in Flint, MI. Drivers will be hauling freight throughout the US with primary routes between Michigan and Texas. Compensation

• Dock Bumps: $25 per stop for loading or unloading at customer dock
• Base 65 CPM paid to the truck
• Average of 6000 miles weekly per team
• Average CDL B annual pay: $80,000 to $130,000 per driver
• Detention Pay: $15 per hour after 2 hours from appointment
• Layover Pay: $130 after 24 hours from delivery
• Sign on bonus: $10,000 per team
• DOT pre-trip/post-trip inspection pay: $3 each (2 per day total)
• Bonuses:
• FAST Card bonus: $10,000 per team
• Paid via direct deposit weekly
• Clean 6 month safety record bonus: 2 CPM
• Additional pay:
• Clean DOT Inspection Bonus: $25-$100 gift card
• All miles paid
• Base 80 CPM paid to the truck
• Border Crossing: $18 loaded only, in transit shipments: $10 loaded only
• Average CDL A annual pay: $80,000 to $170,000 per driver
• Average of 6000 miles weekly per team

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Level of Touch: Mostly no tough freight. Will need to secure loads
• Schedule: Out for 14-21 days
• Route: OTR, no west coast
• 34 hour reset at home is possible but not guaranteed
• Home Time: 1 week per month

• Amenities: APU, Refrigerator, XM Radio, GPS, Dual facing dash camera, Samsung tablet
• Automatic transmission
• Governed speed: 70 mph on cruise, 68 to the pedal
• 2023 Freightliner straight trucks with sleeper for CDL B Teams
• 2023 Freightliner Cascadia tractors with sleeper for CDL A Teams

Qualifications

• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Drivers must live within 300 miles of Flint, MI
• No reckless driving or drug/alcohol convictions in the past 5 years
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL A or B license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable driving experience hauling freight in similar equipment
