As a proud late-night focused environment, our team like model allows us to be efficient in an incredibly fast-paced industry, especially during our high-volume late nights. You will be part of a team that values sharing responsibility for multiple roles within the restaurant. When we see something that’s needed, we jump right in! Everyone on our staff is cross trained and able to work any station.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a hard worker with a passion for serving others? As a Cashier, you are the key role in ensuring our customers see a friendly smile and receive the best service. Conrad’s Grill prides itself on growing and fostering a supportive culture. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the meal they’re craving in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who is willing to jump in, be assertive but also willing to ask questions, and most importantly, remain calm and personable during fast-paced shifts.

Our Cashiers often help with food prep ahead of a big rush, so you’ll have the opportunity to gain some kitchen experience. As part of the team, we want to have all hands on deck to ensure everything is ready for the day’s service, keep all items stocked, and ring up customers as they move through the line.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Thrives in an extremely fast paced environment
• Ability to multitask across different rotational roles
• No experience necessary! We are willing to train anyone open to learning a new position.
• Ability to work within a team-based environment
• Work the POS along with some kitchen equipment.
• Availability to work one weekend night shift every week
• Provide a welcoming environment and develop quick friendly rapport with customers
