Case Manager Jobs

Through the use of recognized counseling methods, assures the best quality of life for the Villagers; serves as an advocate for the Villagers; communicates effectively with families, Annandale staff and other agencies to meet the needs of the villagers; provides documentation of villager activities goals and achievements. This is an exempt position requiring forty or more hours per week to complete job duties. We are looking for someone with:
Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
Conflict Resolution Techniques
Proactive Problem Solving Skills
Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related human services field with 2 or more years’ experience in a human services setting, preferably in ID/DD/MH. A Master’s Degree in a related field preferred. Knowledge of Applied Behavioral Analysis techniques and data collection preferred
