Job Description
Jurisdictional Street Outreach Treasure Island/Gulfport. This is a full time jurisdictional case manager that will serve 50% of their time in the City of Treasure Island and 50% of their time in the City of Gulfport. This position is a street outreach HOME position and requires that the individual has Bachelor's degree in the human services field, have lots of knowledge of community resources and specifically the HLA/CoC, data collection, high energy and very self-motivated, the ability to be creative and astute in addressing the needs of (predominately) individuals who are living homeless, chronically homeless. This position is unique in as much as it will be "paired" with law enforcement, fire department and EMS in both of these small communities. This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree and documented experience in working with chronically street homeless with mental illness, substance use disorders etc. Master's degree is preferred. This position pays $65,000.00 annually. This is a field based position with no opportunity for remote or work from home.
