Job Summary

Assist Cargo Supervisor on daily operations. Verify and keep records on import and export cargo as well as maintain applicable safety and quality standards.

Flat hourly rate FT:

For candidates living in Colorado the expected base payrate is $22/hr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.

Job Responsibilities

  • Comply with other general office duties as assigned
  • Follow Dangerous Goods Requirements and Regulations
  • Make sure paperwork related to the cargo is correct before release
  • Ensure paperwork is prepared timely and accurately
  • Assure proper compliance with local and international laws and regulations
  • Prepare airline and customs documentation
  • Comply with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies
Qualifications and Competencies

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • General office operations skills
  • Must be able to work flexible working hours
  • Customer focus and quality awareness
  • Willing to work in inclement weather conditions
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
