About Agape:
We provide direct care support to residents with differing abilities. Our mission is to continually enrich the daily lives of our residents by assisting them with their day to day tasks. From caregiving assistance, shopping, cooking, and working on fun projects - we practice compassion, integrity, teamwork, and excellence in everything we do! We are currently hiring Team Float Caregivers for our CBRF (Community Based Residential Facility) group homes and our SAPs (Supported Apartment Program).

As a Team Float at Agape:
You will 'float' between multiple programs to support and care for individuals with physical, social, intellectual, or developmental disabilities as needed. You'll enjoy a new schedule each week, meeting and working with many of the residents across our programs.
Hiring Team Float Caregivers In:
Appleton, Kaukauna, Kimberly, Little Chute, Fond Du Lac Areas
Part-Time (min. 20hrs/wk) & Full-Time (min. 40-48hrs/wk)
Team Float Responsibilities:
CBRF group homes tend to do more caregiving activities such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility and toileting. SAP residents are typically more independent; you will assist with shopping/errands, making meals, daily living cues, fun community outings, etc. In both settings, you'll provide transportation, companionship, and conversation to residents.
Team Float Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A strong passion for helping others with mental & physical disabilities
• Be mentally & physically capable to assist participants based on their needs
• Maintain a valid drivers license with excellent driving record
