Caregivers on our registry are independent contractors and can choose their assignments, work flexible hours based on their availability, and earn competitive market rates. Griswold Home Care of Chester and Lancaster County gives seniors the help they need to live in the place they love. As an independent contractor, you may appreciate:

• Choose your schedule based on your own lifestyle and preferences.
• Ability to negotiate your pay based on care being provided. Our suggested rate based on market research is $16.50 per hour (hourly) $165.00 per day (live-in).
• Choose your clients: We let you know upfront what care a client is going to need.

• King of Prussia
• Lancaster
• Oxford
• Nottingham
• Millersville
• Chester Springs
• Quarryville
• West Chester
• Devon
• Gap
• Malvern
• Berwyn

Caregiver Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience with caregiving
• TB Test or Chest Xray
• Car Insurance
• Criminal Background and child abuse clearances (clean)
• Driver’s License (for hourly caregivers) or State ID (live-in caregivers who don’t drive)
