Competitive Pay: Hourly rate of $13.25 - $16.50/hour and full benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match.

QUALIFICATIONS: +

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred, but NOT required WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN!

Education

High school diploma or equivalent is required

(must be able to provide proof of certificate or diploma if requested) +

Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management +

Behaviors

Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible + Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with current auto insurance
