- Attend & Complete In-Person Orientation
- Negative TB skin test or Chest X-Ray
- Must be reliable, dependable and on-time.
- Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification / R.I. Homemaking Trained
- Bank Account for Direct Deposit

- Pass Criminal Background Check
- MMR vaccination or evidence of immunity
- Over the age of 18 & authorized to work in U.S.
