Cardiac Quality Coordinator Jobs

Baptist Health is looking for a Cardiac Quality Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY, IN, IL.

This position is responsible for chart abstraction and data analysis for specific cardiac patient population. This includes, but is not limited to, data collection, data validation, data analysis, and communication of data and quality reports as appropriate. Also participates in quality improvement activities to achieve the system service line goals thru sharing of data, information, and opportunities that would enhance outcomes to director, site quality leaders, service line leaders, physicians, and other appropriate parties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health care related field. Extensive experience (5 years or more) may be considered in lieu of degree.

• Current RN Licensure
• Minimum of 2 years in Health Information Management, Coding, Nursing, and/or Health Registry abstraction experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Critical Care, Cardiac Surgery, or Cardiac Cath lab preferred
