- Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Offce of Foreign Assets Control. Follows established company policies and procedures, including but not limited to: Sarbanes Oxley controls, Business Ethics and Standard of Conduct, Electronic Communications, Confidentiality and Privacy.
- Source, structure and negotiate deals with existing and new partners in pursuit of product and business objectives. Ensure effective management of external partnerships including processors/networks, sponsor card program (MC/Visa), credit card associations, processing systems, credit reporting agencies, and others. Develops working relationships with risk team and subject matter experts in program policies, practices, systems, and governing rules and regulations.
- Build and lead all aspects of developing and executing card products - from product go- to-market, rewards program operations, design improvements, vendor management, and product delivery (both retail and business card lines). Collaborate across the credit union leadership teams to maintain alignment on vision, strategy, and performance to goals. With an entrepreneurial mindset, leveraging critical and analytical thinking to increase the value proposition leading to growth.
- Report on performance metrics. Effectively manage data analytics, and 3rd party tools for internal and external program insight and opportunities.
