Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Carbon Manager for a permanent, full-time opportunity that is onsite two days per week, but can sit in multiple states. This Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and general oversight of project budgets/expenditures, tracking KPIs, and analyzing reports to influence business-decisions. This Manager will be responsible for building out this team and conducting carbon neutral business development activities that align with the big-picture goals and initiatives. This manager will interact with internal business leaders and external affiliates, so excellent communication and organization skills are required. Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed
  • Bachelors Degree in EHS, Construction Management, Business, Finance, Engineering or related
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams/projects with sustainability/renewable energy/carbon neutral initiatives
