Car Wash Team Member

Blake’s Xpress Car Wash is a recently rebranded car wash in Fort Myers, Florida. Locally owned and operated, the company puts it’s employees first and is always looking for motivated and hardworking employees that love to provide excellent customer service and a great looking car!

Responsibilities

• Any other duties directed by management
• Represent Blake’s Xpress Car Wash with a positive attitude in the community both on and off the clock!
• Be professional in appearance and attitude at all times.
• Guiding vehicles onto the conveyor in a consistent and safe manner
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility
• Give fast, friendly, consistent customer service with a smile
• Informing customers of the value of our unlimited VIP club
• Handle customer complaints as deemed appropriate, with directing customer to management if issue cannot be resolved and all other problem solving options have been exhausted.
• Consistently following all company policies and procedures established by management
• Interacting with customers at our pay stations to answer any and all questions pertaining to wash services provided

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service preferred but not essential
• Entry-level team members are normally trained on the job by more experienced team members
• Vehicle cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required

Benefits

• Uncapped Commission with 50% of each unlimited plan sold awarded

Work Conditions:

• Work shifts are typically 4-8 hours long and may include evenings and weekends
• Team members may be required to wear their own clothes (excluding what is required by Blake’s Xpress Car Wash) that are appropriate for the working conditions.
• Team members need to be physically fit and are expected to work in all types of weather
