Car Wash Attendant - Morning

Responsibilities:

Responsible for carrying out daily tasks that ensure effective operation of the car wash facility.

• Process and collect payment
• Provide customers with information on available services and pricing
• Scrub and spray off vehicles before they enter the tunnel
• Other duties as assigned
• Provide information and answer questions
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain site cleanliness
• Happily greet and interact with customers
• Direct drivers
• Activate wash mechanism and operate equipment
• Set up accounts
• Locate and identify areas with previous damage
• Prep vehicles for washing
• Protect vehicles
• Evaluate incidents and activate emergency stops if necessary
• Observe operation of wash to detect equipment malfunction or customer error
• Provide instructions to the drivers
• Carry out periodic equipment maintenance as directed by the Site Leader
• Provide quality customer service
• Perform visual inspections of vehicles
• Assist customers at the pay station
• Manage the wash process
• Secure wipers, push in mirrors, check truck beds, etc.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times

Physical Requirements:

• May be required to climb ladders as part of cleaning duties.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
