Your Role
As an essential member of our team, you'll have the chance to truly make a difference:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients of all ages within the comfort of their homes.
Welcome and support patients during their admission process.
Conduct regular patient visits, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse hospice interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of patients and their families.
Foster clear communication with attending physicians, hospice physicians, and other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
Demonstrate accountability, adaptability, respect, and integrity in all interactions.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, company policies, and procedures.
Keep organized by submitting all necessary paperwork promptly.
What You'll Bring
A current Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas.
Ideally, at least one year of experience in a hospice setting.
Possession of a current Texas Driver's license and reliable transportation.
