Cafe' (Short Order Cook)

Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time. May take orders from guests on the casino and serve patrons in the hotel. Accept payments and make change or write charge slips as necessary.

Perform simple food preparations tasks such as making sandwiches, carving meats, grilling or frying. Plan work on orders so that items served together are finished at the same time. Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables. Order supplies and stock them on shelves. Must adhere to proper food handling and sanitation techniques.

Must be able to multi-task while working quickly and efficiently. Must have a pleasant and outgoing personality. High School Diploma or GED is required.
