CAD Drafter Urgent Hiring

A pioneer and one of the top companies in the construction industry is currently looking for an experienced CAD Drafter to join their growing team. Gathering drawings and specifications, figuring out equipment and material needs, and putting up manufacturing processes are all duties of a drafter. We'd like to meet you if you have practical experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and are knowledgeable about construction procedures.

CAD Drafter Responsibilities

• Utilize PM to plan and establish new initiatives
• When necessary, visit job sites to review areas.
• Carry out drafting for structures and architecture
• Understands what a "deliverable" is, and has sketching skills
• Control models with CAD
• Assistance with all station layout tasks
• A strong understanding of MEP/Mechanical CAD
• Assist with mechanical laser scanning duties
• Review shop drawings and assist project managers as needed with their entrusted tasks

CAD Drafter Qualifications

• Architect or closely related field
• All applicants must be able to work from our office in the area of Ayer, Massachusetts
• Each candidate must be an expert in CAD
• Joining our team requires 1 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Design Knowledge
