Our top client in the Ayer/Devens vicinity seeks the following, a CAD Coordinator-subcontractor-Mechanical for their rapidly expanding operation!

Responsibilities

• Manage Models using CAD
• Must know MEP/Mechanical CAD well
• Visit job sites to review areas as needed
• Assist with total station layout activities
• Assist with laser scanning activities relative to mechanical
• Perform architectural and structural drafting
• Produce install ready drawing for field personnel
• Knows what a "deliverable" is and can read drawings.
• Organize and setup new projects with PM
• Assist project managers as needed on assigned projects and review shop drawings

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of relevant experience to join our team.
• All candidates must be proficient with CAD
• Design Experience
• All candidates must be able to work out of our office in vicinity of Ayer MA
• Architectural degree or related
