Job Description
Our award winning interior design merchandising firm is seeking a CAD Designer to join our team! Our highly experienced professionals strive to provide innovative designs for our clients while maintaining consistency and integrity. We offer expertise in model home merchandising and multifamily and senior living.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Organize final drawings for presentations.
  • Determine timelines and budgets and resolve any issues.
  • Analyze data and provide creative solutions.
  • Utilize AutoCAD to generate designs for complex projects.
  • Review and process architectural plans.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors and Marketing Teams.
  • Adhere to industry and engineering standards.
  • Provide detailed design spec package (space plans, interior elevations, custom cabinetry, and materials).


Qualifications:


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
  • 2+ years of experience in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
  • Detail-oriented and strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (XREFs, Model, and Paper Space).
