Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Cabinetry Showroom Consultant. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- Assist with design options and color selections
- Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, while using suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately
- Kitchen and Bath design and estimating per company standards
- Prepare job quotations and submittals
- Other duties as assigned
- Work continuously toward improving client selection process
- Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, and professional remodelers, to assist in the selection of Kitchen and Bath cabinetry and countertops
- Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field
- Manage Leads and Estimates within master product file
Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Experienced in 20/20 Design software and/or CAD
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to optimally prioritize daily activities
- Problem solving, leadership and listening skills
- Standout colleague
- Must have excellent customer relations skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- The ability to take care of a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn software programs quickly based on previous performance or experience
- Product and vendor knowledge (or the ability to quickly learn it)
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but prior experience in Sales, especially within the Kitchen and Bath industry, will be considered in Lieu of education.
- Interpersonal and time management skills
- Must demonstrate initiative
The estimated total compensation range is $ 25-30 hourly.

Pay Range:
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
