Job Description

LVI are currently seeking a highly accomplished and experienced Managing Director to lead our Clients Valuation, and Litigation Services division. As the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, overseeing project delivery, and providing exceptional leadership to our team of professionals.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide expert witness testimony in legal proceedings, as required.
  • Develop and execute the division's strategic plan, in alignment with the overall company goals, to drive growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional development within the division.
  • Lead and manage complex forensic investigations, including fraud examinations, financial disputes, and damage quantification.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of forensic accountants, valuation experts, and litigation support professionals.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality forensic accounting, valuation, and litigation support services to clients.


Requirements:

  • Business acumen and a track record of identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology used in forensic and valuation services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in providing expert witness testimony in legal proceedings.
  • Extensive experience (12+ years) in forensic accounting, valuation, and litigation support, with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful projects.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and litigation support methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • A reputation for integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CFE, ABV) are highly desirable.
