Job Description

ComResource is hiring several experienced Business / Requirement Analysts!


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain complete project documentation.
  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows and use cases throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Create the necessary functional and technical documentation, from which the software development team will produce code.
  • Interact with multiple Project Managers.
  • Identify multiple approaches to problem solving and recommend the best solution.
  • Work with clients and team members to identify, gather, and define requirements for custom software development projects.
  • Develop testing, validation and implementation plans and processes.


Skills:

  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize team tasks and drive team to project completion
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Utilize your knowledge of software engineering principles to interpret existing functions directly from code when necessary.
  • Experience using Microsoft Products as well as Jira is a plus
  • Strong technical acumen to translate necessary information into non-technical as needed
