Description


Duties: Drive transparency and consistency in how targets are set, tracked, and controlled relative to the firm's environmental commitments. Ensure alignment with the firmwide external reporting accountability framework. Coordinate and further requirements for reporting on firmwide sustainable note and bond issuances, in close partnership with the Controllers organization, Treasury and CIO. Collaborate with technology partners to deliver strategic infrastructure to support business needs and reporting requirements. Develop new and enhance existing ESG reporting and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) Climate report metrics. Execute existing model and perform analysis to support the firm's Paris- aligned financing commitment and relevant line of business trading and banking organizations. Work alongside key partners to establish policies and procedures to govern ESG reporting activities. Support Corporate Responsibility's contribution to the broader Executive Management Reporting as it pertains to firmwide ESG commitments.


Qualifications


Minimum education and experience required: Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or related field of study plus Three (3) years of experience in job offered or as Business Management, Financial Analyst, Pricing Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in job offered or as Business Management, Financial Analyst, Pricing Analyst, or related occupation.


Skills Required: Business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Alteryx; Financial instruments such as stocks, ETFs, bonds, CDs, mutual funds, loans, and derivatives contracts; Interpreting financial models and valuations; Working with software developers and database engineers to build new business applications; Financial analysis, planning, and forecasting; Investment Portfolio Management as applicable to Portfolio Metrics and Performance; Financial Statement Analysis; Econometrics; Microsoft Excel, including building trend and benchmark analysis, and financial modelling using formulas, functions, and pivot tables; Visio for planning technology and business workflows; PowerPoint PitchPro for senior management presentations; SharePoint for internal and cross-functional team collaboration; and ESG landscape, controls, and data as it relates to trading and banking products.


Job Location: 875 15th St NW, Washington, DC 20005. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
