Job Description

JCW is currently working on a search for an Investment Analytics Consultant with an asset manager for either their Milwaukee or Charlotte locations. The qualified candidate will work alongside the investment team to develop and deliver investment-related analytics and quantitative insights, using a broad range of machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms.


Responsibilities include:

  • Design and build tools to intuitively deliver analytics and insights to investment team members by developing custom software solutions and/or using business intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement proprietary models.
  • Partner with investment teams to understand areas where additional insights are needed and research data sources and techniques to provide these insights.


Position requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of database/data warehousing concepts and ability to build flexible analytics solutions that can span multiple data sources and technologies
  • Experience using Tableau or similar business intelligence tools
  • Experience solving business problems using statistical and/or machine learning techniques or advanced visualizations
  • 5+ years of experience delivering analytics solutions in a business environment
  • Programming experience with Python, SQL, or similar languages
