Business Intelligence Analyst Jobs

We are looking for a high performing Business Intelligence Analyst to provide insight by transforming large sets of data into simplified, meaningful, and actionable trends, dashboards, reports and visualizations for use by executives, operations, finance, sales, and other internal departments. The ideal candidate has the ability to listen, digest and decipher customers' needs, work to understand the underlying data to then produce polished insights.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have strong data analytics skills including the ability to find data discrepancies, irregularities, trends, and patterns
• Experience implementing various security models (row/column level, workspace, apps, etc) on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI
• Ideally would have experience with performance tuning and query optimization
• Experienced SQL development in an analytics environment and DAX required
• Must have strong problem solving skills
• Experience setting up automated data refresh of dashboards
• Must have experience with data modeling in an analytics environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics or other closely realted field.
• 2-4 years hands-on experience developing and supporting reporting solutions, dashboards & scorecards using Microsoft Power BI technologies, SQL BI, and Excel
• Experienced in Microsoft Azure database and data storage technologies, Azure Data Factory, Azure cloud environment
• Hands-on experience with implementing data and analytics management programs desired
• 2-4 years of experience with large and diverse datasets in an analytics/reporting oriented team
