Business Intelligence Analyst Jobs

About The Role

As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for analysis and evaluation of business opportunities and develop recommendations to meet requirements and goals.

You will also be expected to:

• Demonstrate the ability to consistently handle internal partner data requests, prioritize and provide a resolution that meets their needs
• Develop, report, and analyze business metrics specific to monitor progress against company and departmental targets and goals
• Collaborate with internal business owners to understand the data needs and help make data decisions to meet their business objectives by providing best practices, proactively identifying and closing data gaps
• Develop, implement, evaluate, or lead projects or improvement initiatives
• Conduct modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis and other general reporting
• Drive insightful analytics and action-based reporting that measures business performance
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team
• Provides broad analytical and operational support to the business unit leadership
• Prepare monthly, semiannual, annual and ad-hoc reporting based on KPI metrics and create visual dashboards for senior leader briefings
• Create and maintain BI dashboards and reports based on business needs

About You

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent listening skills
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, adherence to deadlines, and ability to work independently and as a member of the team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate timelines effectively
• Proven ability to stand up and maintain executive dashboards from the ground-up and handle queries
• Demonstrated analysis of data from disparate platforms
• 7+ years of reporting and data analysis experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to effectively communicate solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields
• High sense of urgency and ownership with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-growth environment
• Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint SQL, Google docs), specialized business technologies and applications (NetSuite, Salesforce, DOMO, Business Modeling, AI/ML)
• Ability to summarize complex solutions and clearly, concisely make presentations at an executive level
• Desire and ability to learn and work with cross functional leaders and other key stakeholders to resolve issues
• Effective personal organization and note taking skills
