Job Summary:

Experience of performing Business Analyst role in Trust Business Domain

Evaluating Trust and Wealth Management business processes, uncovering areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Working closely with clients, Technology Team and Business Users to document the current and future Business Process flow

Review the business processes and developing optimization strategies.

Performing requirements analysis, ensure the solutions meet business needs and requirements

Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Experience 9to10Yrs

Years of Experience (BA and Trust Domain knowledge) –

Must have’s:

1. Business Analyst

2. Experience in Trust Domain / Wealth Management

3. Experience in working in Agile Methodology

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or other relevant field (Required)

• Advanced Degree in Business (Preferred) - Tier 1 MBA (Strongly Preferred).A Senior Consultant works and performs independently – often without the need for clear direction or supervision to enhance the overall value of an engagement. This includes having the capabilities to deliver business process and re-engineering solutions by effectively defining problem/scope, gathering/analyzing data, and structuring recommendations, creating presentations, and making compelling recommendations to clients. Upward management and peer mentoring are key leadership responsibilities and are “tell signs” for readiness to move to Consulting Manager..Problem and Scope Definition:-

• Provide primary support for formulation of problem statement and definition of scope for her/his assigned area(s) – Work independently and bring thought leadership to bear in order to identify root cause of the issue – Work with engagement management to define scope of work in context of larger project – Construct problem statement to include problem description, those affected and benefits of solving the problem, and implications of not doing so – Support the identification of project risks and mitigation Requirements Gathering:- – Demonstrate exceptional requirement gathering techniques with minimal direction from engagement management – Design, conduct and facilitate requirements sessions – Organize and sequence requirements into a user requirements document – Write well-formed, validated requirements and manage changes – Use appropriate tools to record, track and manage requirements Business Analysis:-

• Review and analyze relevant documentation to ensure the understanding of an organizations function and capabilities

• Lead relevant research to increase understanding in support of developing comprehensive solutions

• Serve as liaison between stakeholders—demonstrate understanding of client’s stru
