Business Analyst (Remote) Jobs

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Data is a core pillar of Everside Health and plays an integral role in delivering first-class healthcare services to our patient population. We utilize a wide variety of data and analytic tools to produce valuable insights that drive better patient outcomes.

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineers to synthesize, articulate, and document business objectives. You will serve as the conduit between the business and engineers to ensure alignment, collaboration, and value delivery in our data processes and products. The role requires the use of Agile methodology best practices to understand and define business requirements, create and groom user stories, and translate requirements into technical design. To be successful in this role, you will need strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills to understand and communicate business needs, assess solutions, and document detailed requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Pay Range: $70,000 - $95,000/yr

The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
