Job Information

As a Product Strategy Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing business operations to understand gaps, opportunities, and requirements. In order to recommend solutions, which enable the business unit to achieve performance goals, by utilizing established strategies.

Role & Responsibility

• Actively communicate key industry and market insights to key stakeholders.
• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
• Produce Industry & Bobcat performance analysis based on raw datasets and industry reports.
• Train users to utilize reporting and decision-making models.
• Provide accurate, timely and informative business information and insights to key-decision makers within the company.
• Perform audits of master data.
• Produce industry forecasts on a regular basis, based on quantitative & qualitative analysis.
• Provide business and systems expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing specifications and procedures that meet user requirements.
• Gather user feedback for enhancements and development needs.
• Provide a set of business intelligence (e.g. macro indicators, competitive dynamics, VOC) to support industry forecasts.

Job Requirement

• Must have a high level of motivation and individual initiative.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field.
• High degree of fluency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience: 2>5 years
• High degree of math and statistical skills/understanding.
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
• Experience using Oracle or related system preferred.
• Interest/experience in data mining and analytics.
• Travel: <15%
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
