Shift Hours : Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm; Full Time.

Starting at $18 up to $20 an hour. Depending on experience.

Position Summary

The Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating equipment used in the manufacturing of products. The operator will work with other employees to effectively meet or exceed expectations for product quality and production rates.

Position Responsibilities

• Setup of Press Brake.
• Project time management.
• May help train new employees as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Performs spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality.
• Operating a Press Break Machine.
• Adheres to company safety policies and programs such as Personal Protective
• Equipment, Incident/Injury Reporting, Hazard Communication and Labeling.
• Blueprint and drawing reading.
• Maintains documentation and paperwork to include accurate counts of parts.
• Notifies supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions immediately.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of Break Press experience and/or training

Must be able to read blueprints

Must have experience with setup press brake to produce parts to print specifications

Detail oriented with an ability to solve problems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints to determine set-up and operations
