About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and intellectually curious Brand Manager who can hit the ground running. The focus of this role is to help define and implement the growth strategy and marketing activities for assigned brands to meet sales, profit and market share targets within agreed budgets and KPI’s. In this role you will maximize the value of the brands through developing, communicating and implementing brand strategies covering product launches and innovations, communication and pricing. You will develop and manage the implementation of all brand activities based on Ferrero Caribe’s brand strategy. The Brand Manager will report to the Marketing Manager, Ferrero Caribe.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy

  • Develop, recommend and implement brand marketing plans to achieve Ferrero’s objectives and brand KPI’s

Promotional Campaigns

  • Monitor results accordingly with each brand’s objectives
  • Implement the concept, mechanics and promotional programs for assigned brands

A&P Budget Management

  • Manage the A&P budget by brand with a precise handling of the brand’s P&Ls

Brand Management

  • Prepare product specs, catalogues and presentations to support client management

Data Intelligence

  • Manage market data – IRI, Nielsen and any other consumer research studies

Who we are looking for:

  • Must be self-motivated and exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit
  • At least 4 years of experience in CPG brand marketing
  • Experience working with syndicated databases such as Nielsen and IRI
  • Team player able to effectively interact and work with various functional departments
  • Solid project management skills from planning stage to execution to final assessment
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines
  • Excellent analytical skills upon which to base decision-making; SAP experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA is a plus
  • Must be fully bilingual in English & Spanish
