Our marketing team is hiring a Brand and Content Marketing Lead to drive and execute on brand and content marketing strategies.



What you will do

  • Track, analyze and report progress against marketing goals and ROI.
  • Stay current with brand and content trends and tools – includes reading blogs, and listening to podcasts. We want someone with creativity and a desire to take our brand and content to the next level. Be different.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Growth Marketing to support the overarching web strategy, including site updates, landing page experiences, content, testing and optimization that support engagement, acquisition, and conversion.
  • Set and adhere to a consistent publishing schedule with clear deadlines.
  • Lead and develop a team of high-performing marketers, providing mentorship and nurturing their career growth.
  • Review and provide feedback on customer-facing, non-editorial deliverables, such as paid media, social, web, and email as needed.
  • Own and manage the GTM brand and editorial content calendars.
  • Define an organic growth roadmap maximizing web, SEO, content, and demand-gen funnels, including dark social.
  • Develop content best practices across the marketing organization.
  • Champion brand values, principles, expression, and guidelines across the company, and ensure that our brand voice is consistent across all channels to all audiences.
  • Seek to raise the bar on everything you do.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our core audience, including their culture, day-to-day workflows, tool stacks, pain points, and frustrations.
  • Manage brand strategy, planning process to design, coordinate and deliver results-based brand strategy campaigns.
  • Identify and execute scrappy, innovative, ”out-of-the-box” brand building campaigns.
  • Be bold and creative in driving creative content development, with a focus on short-form video, that captivates audiences and pushes creative boundaries.



What you will bring

  • Audience empathy, product intuition, and a bias toward action over perfection.
  • The presence, confidence and energy required to engage and influence many different types of individuals within an organization.
  • Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Some familiarity with podcasting.
  • Experience with a self-serve, product-led growth (PLG) motion.
  • Experience creating content for multiple social media platforms.
  • 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience in Editorial, Journalism, Content Marketing, and/or Brand Marketing.
  • Connected to culture, knowledgeable about developer and/or data practitioner’s social habits.
  • Ability to work strategically as a proactive self-starter with independent decision making, as well as ensuring operational delivery and having a hands-on approach.
  • Proven track record of generating and converting organic traffic to deliver growth.
  • Portfolio of previous work required.
  • Experience marketing B2B and/or B2C2B SaaS products.
  • Strong storyteller with exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
