Brand Ambassador

(Hybrid) - Must reside in AZ

Job Summary

The Brand Ambassador is the voice of SelectBlinds to our community and plays a crucial role in the operation of the business by managing customer questions, expectations, complaints, and comments. This role will report to the CRM Mananger.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an overall NPS score of 81+.
  • Communicate other than review sites via email and telephone.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned by management.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding customer issues if the customer situation has escalated.
  • Meet with the Manager of Customer Service and Manager of CRM regularly to discuss program operations, concerns, and potential improvements to customer service/product options based on reviews from third-party sites and social media.
  • Work with third-party review sites to remove reviews due to integrity issues such as foul language/threats, not a true customer experience, etc.
  • Respond professionally to 3-star reviews or below from third-party review sites as the representative of SelectBlinds, with the result being a positive resolution.
  • Work within a specific budget to improve customer experience by providing resolutions such as comping products, upgrading warranties, or providing additional discounts as needed.
  • Respond to comments and private messages on social media channels.
  • Work with customers to provide new and/or updated 5-star reviews on third-party review sites.
  • Complete weekly quality assurance reports keeping track of review metrics, discounts provided to customers, and review updates, etc.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written skills with emphasis on flawless grammar and spelling.
  • Prior experience in retail, customer service environment, or related field.
  • Awareness of, and interest in, design and home décor, not required.
  • An obsession with creating an elevated client experience.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and review sites.
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and team player.
  • Ability and passion to solve problems collaboratively with a small team, but also able to execute independently and make strong recommendations.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a brand voice.
  • Experience with Google Business suite (Gmail, Chat, Sheets, etc.).
