Job Title: Brand Ambassador
Type: Full-Time, Salaried and Exempt
Location: Denver, CO (Commuting from other locations is not acceptable)
Compensation: $50,000-55,000 Annual Salary; Eligible for Monthly Incentive
Work Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday | 10-hour Days
This is Denver-based role and is not remote.
This position reports to the Brand Manager and is on the Wholesale Team.
Summary
This position is responsible for increasing brand awareness and, ultimately, sales of specific cannabis products and brands produced by Schwazze. This is a new and pivotal role that offers opportunity for increasing responsibility and advancement within Schwazze’s wholesale or retail support divisions. This position effectively combines the skills of relationship builder, educator, merchandiser, and project manager to create and maintain an effective and engaging brand presence at retail across a family of products and brands.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct competitive analysis of promotions and brand marketing initiatives at retail to develop differentiated and best-in-class activities
- Provide product education and training for retail customers (end consumers) and staff (retail influencers such as dispensary budtenders and shift leads) with tools provided
- Execute all activities by representing and promoting the brand(s) at retail with in-store pop ups and/or on-site at events
- Make recommendations to sales and brand marketing teams for improvement and optimizations in program, products and marketing & sales tools
- Act as brand representative and take ownership for activation of all marketing events
- Collaborate with both sales and brand marketing team to ensure retail accounts are properly merchandised with signage and display materials
- Execute product promotions in conjunction with activities and events
- Analyze, record and measure the impact of all brand promotion activities; track results and provide anecdotal product feedback from consumers as well as retail staff
- Develop, track and monitor ongoing event scheduling calendar
- In collaboration with sales and brand marketing, plan daily event schedule to increase brand awareness of Schwazze wholesale brands

- Lift in Product / Brand Sales at Retail
- Event Recaps | Reporting
- # of Activities Executed (as defined by event activation, in-store retail pop-ups, Budtender training and customer/client care)

- Relationship Building Skills: Develop and nurture partnerships with retail teams and consumers/shoppers
Education and Experience Required:
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Entry level sales, event marketing, communications, and/or promotions experience
- Cannabis, CPG, retail, and/or regulatory product experience a big plus but not required
Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)
Travel as required within state of Colorado and based on company expansion plans
